ESP PetroChemicals provides custom-blended products and services for companies involved in oil and gas drilling, completion and production, as well as for hydraulic fracturing applications.
Based on its track record of success, ESP is becoming increasingly recognized for consistently and quantifiably demonstrating its ability to:
- improve hydrocarbon yields;
- reduce environmental impact levels;
- enhance separation and well efficiency;
- and thereby increase overall productivity and profitability.
We have also worked extensively in the booming Eagle Ford Shale formation in South Texas, as well as the Permian, Barnett, Bakken, Haynesville, Fayetteville and Tuscaloosa Marine Shale formations, along with many other of the most active trends across the country.
And we have tremendous experience in providing the specialty chemicals required for modern hydraulic fracturing (“fracking”) operations, helping drillers and producers to unlock previously unreachable energy reservoirs, and enhancing our nation’s energy independence from foreign sources of oil.
30% to 40% Net Improvement
By meeting with drillers and producers – in the field, at the wellhead – we can perform direct tests on surface chemistry of their particular formation.
This gives us an opportunity to take into account different factors that make each well site unique: including formation depth, well bore temperatures, and the size and pressure ratings of separators, heater-treaters, compression equipment, tubulars, production lines and storage tanks; as well as the particular makeup of the oil and gas product being produced from that specific well.
As a result, whereas our competitors are generally reach an efficiency ratio in the 70% to 80% range, ESP has been able to consistency demonstrate increased efficiency level in excess of 90% to 95%, fine tuning our products to achieve greater separation and better quality production for our clientele.
At about $100 per barrel of oil, that can make a tremendous impact on a producers bottom line – which means that ESP’s specialty chemical program more than pays for itself.
Reduced Environmental Impact
ESP is also active in the environmentally-sensitive areas of waste water treatment and disposal operations, assisting producers with this delicate aspect of the business.
Our Team has extensive experience in formulating and providing separation chemicals and water polishing additives at salt water disposal sites. In addition, we serve several of the largest commercial disposal companies operating in our industry.
